BOOKING PROCESS

We require 25% of the total cost as a form of deposit along with a signed contract to secure any hunt dates. Upon successful license draw, we require an additional 25% of the total hunt cost by June 10th of the hunt year. The remaining 50% of the total hunt cost is due on or before August 15th of hunt year. Client is responsible for all preference point, license and application fees. There is a small lodging and meal tax in addition to a 3% Public Land Use Fee added to the total hunt cost. We require all clients to allow us to assist with all preference point purchases and license applications.
